P.Louise Cosmetics Plump Me Pretty Moisturiser Review

We’re back with some more skincare. Y’all know skincare is an essential part of winter.

The Plump Me Pretty Moisturiser is available to purchase from the P.Louise website either individually (see here)* or as part of a skincare set (here)*. You can also get both through their Tiktok shop (here). Alone it retails for £15 and you get 50g of product but the bundle is often on sale for £20 so I’d recommend that. UK shipping costs £1 as standard from the company website.

The packaging is the usual level of P.Louise cuteness. There’s an outer box that bears all product information including directions of use and ingredients. The moisturiser comes in a plastic pot with a screw cap and a plastic cover inside for added hygienic protection. The colours of the packaging match up with each scent but the overall design is the same i.e. the pineapple one is yellow.

According to the description, this is a hydrating and plumping moisturiser designed to restore your skins natural radiance. It contains nourishing extracts (no details) that deeply penetrate the skin to deliver intense moisture for a firmer, smoother and more plumped appearance. It is available in 5 scents and I got the Pineapple one as part of the skincare bundle.

The formula is quite soothing on the skin and felt so smooth to apply. Although there is a scent, it’s not overly strong and doesn’t linger too long after application. The other scents maybe different though. It feels lightweight and absorbs into the skin within minutes of application. There’s no residue or greasiness left behind on the skin either. It left my skin feeling soft and helped to temporarily relieve dry patches. It also left my skin with a healthy, radiant glow.

Honestly after it’s first use, I didn’t find anything special about this one. Just kind of your standard moisturiser. However, after like 2 weeks of daily use I did notice an overall improvement in my skins hydration. Those dry patches didn’t return between applications and my skin has felt a lot smoother. I’ve not had any other skin troubles either which can sometimes happen with heavy creams for me.

Overall, I’m actually surprisingly happy with the Plump Me Pretty Moisturiser from P.Louise. It does everything it says on the box. The formula is soothing and leaves your skin feeling soft and hydrated with a healthy glow to it. It’s not heavy or greasy on the skin, absorbing within minutes and providing lasting hydration when used over time.
