Nivea Regenerating Serum Infused Micellar Water Review

Hi lovelies,

So this is probably going to be our last post for a couple of months. Don’t worry we’re not retiring indefinitely but we certainly need a break as we’ve got a lot of other things going on currently. We will be filming some reviews so feel free to follow us over on Tiktok and Youtube.

The Nivea Regenerating Micellar Water is available to purchase from the company website (see here) as well as from Boots (here), Superdrug (here) and Amazon (here). It retails for £7.99 and contains 400ml of product. You qualify for free UK shipping on orders over £25 with Boots and Superdrug and free shipping with Amazon. I was fortunate enough to receive this within a PR package from Nivea but that hasn’t affected my opinion.

The packaging is exactly what you would expect with a micellar water. It basically comes in a plastic bottle with a screw cap that has a stopper in the neck to limit the flow of liquid. There’s no additional plastic wrap or box but the bottle does contain all product information.

According to the product description, this is a regenerating micellar water for tired and sensitive skin. It contains pathenol, squalane and amino acid complex to gently cleanse the skin of dirt, impurities and makeup including the waterproof stuff. It also moisturises and regenerates the skin overnight to leave you with beautiful and refreshed skin in the morning.

On the skin, this actually performs better than I expected it too. Not going to lie, I rarely believe claims of removing waterproof makeup easily but I kind of have to eat my words a little with this. It does a really good job at removing even the most stubborn waterproof mascara without the need to rub excessively. It is really gentle on the skin during cleansing and dries quickly leaving no residue behind.

It left my skin looking refreshed and feeling soft and hydrated immediately after use but I can’t say I’ve noticed more refreshed skin on a morning. Not that I need that from a micellar water I guess. Aside from that, I’ve not had any issues at all with this micellar water. No perfume, no tingling, no sore spots after cleansing. Absolutely nothing at all.

Overall, I’m really happy with the Nivea Regenerating Serum infused Micellar Water. There’s no scent which is so nice and it does practically everything it claims to do. It cleanses easily without the need to rub the skin harshly and left no residue behind on the skin. It left my skin looking and feeling good after use but didn’t notice that the next morning.

Thanks for reading. Sorry again that we’re going to have to take a break for a couple of months but feel free to keep up to date with us on all our socials. We’ll see you soon and until then love you all.

Rach xx
