RachNevsBeauty only collects information that we need to provide our services, improve them and to communicate with you. We host our site via WordPress.com who may collect and store any data they require. The WordPress Privacy Policy for visitors can be found here. You may be required to disclose additional personal information to use certain features of this site e.g. email address. By “following” our site on WordPress, you consent to our using the email address provided to send you service related notices, including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail. We may also use your email address to send you other messages, such as changes to features of the site and any promotional contests we host.

We do not store any information about your visit to the site other than to analyse and optimise your experience through the use of cookies. You can turn these off at any time by changing your specific browser settings. We utilise Google Analytics to provide additional analytical services to help improve the site. This data will be handled according to their privacy policy which can be found here. Your IP address is used to help identify you and gather broad demographic data. Your IP address no personal information such as name, email address etc.

If you voluntarily disclose personal information in the comments that information may be collected and disseminated by third party sites, and result in, among other things, unsolicited messages, inquiries and offers from third party sites. We aim to filter all comments and will remove any containing personal details but if any slip through, please contact us for removal. Although our comment section requires an email address, this will not be made public. Any information in the body of the comment will be displayed. Any information disclosed in the comments becomes public information and third party conduct is out of the control of RachNevsBeauty. Please exercise caution before disclosing personal information at any time.

When booking our makeup services, you will be required to disclose personal information as part of our contract and consultation e.g. name, address etc. These forms are sent via secure email though we cannot be held responsible for their security upon delivery back to us. Once signed, all forms are printed and stored securely with unrequired information removed after the service has been rendered. They will be deleted from all digital storage.

RachNevsBeauty may pull content from our users who share photos and videos on Instagram and Twitter using our brand hashtags #rachnevsbeauty or tagging the @RachNevsBeauty account. You acknowledge that the photos may be used on this website and you hereby grant us permission to use your name or social media handle in association with the photos for identification, publicity related to the services and similar promotional purposes including after the termination of your account or the services. You represent and warrant that the posting and use of your photos, including to the extent such photos include your name, username, likeness, voice or photograph, does not violate, misappropriate or infringe on the rights of any third party, including, without limitation, privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark and other intellectual property rights. You have the right to request removal at any time.

Third Party Sites
We use third party services Paypal and Stripe to collect payment. Although we will not share your personal information with them, we cannot be held responsible for any data gained for use of their services. If you use these services your data will be handled in accordance with the third party privacy policy. We have no control over these third party sites and they have their own rules about information collection, use and sharing (Paypal and Stripe).
This site will contain links to third party websites, services or other resources on the internet. These links are are provided solely as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement by RachNevsBeauty of the content of such external sites. The content of such external sites is developed and provided by others.
RachNevsBeauty may participate in affiliate marketing and may allow affiliate links to be encoded on some of our pages. This means we may earn a commission if/when you click on or make purchases through these links. RachNevsBeauty will always disclose affiliate links.

Donations, Purchases and Free to Enter Competitions.
By offering us a donation, you agree to share your Paypal email address with us. You will be asked to provide additional personal and payment information to Paypal to set up an account. We will keep a record of all donations made but we neither receive or store payment information.
By purchasing one of our digital products, you agree to share your email address with us. You will be asked to provide additional personal and payment information to Stripe to set up an account. We and WordPress will keep a record of all purchase but we neither receive or store payment information.
By entering our competitions, you agree to share your name and address with us upon winning. We may share your personal data with third party organisations per the rules of the competition however we cannot be held responsible for data gained by third party organisations when using their services.

All personally identifiable information collected is stored securely within our own, WordPress and other third party databases. While no service is 100% secure, we use industry-wide practices to protect your data.
