So with everything that’s been going on I was unsure whether GB would be delivering this month. However, it is here albeit a little later than usual.
As always, the subscription was paid on the first of the month via direct debit. Since I signed up to a 12month subscription, I get my box for £8.50. Usual price is £10 plus £3.25 postage a month. Dispatch begins on the 4th and I got my email on the 8th. Due to the current situation and bank holiday it didn’t arrive until the 14th.
This month, we have the Blossom edit featuring gorgeous products to get you ready for spring. There are 4 full size products and 1 deluxe mini.
The first product for me to try was the SportFX Cosmetics Lip Balm. This retails for £4.99 and is a cute little component to slide into your bag or pocket. It feels nice and nourishing without being greasy.
The next product in this months box was the Avant Skincare Gentle Rose Beautifying Face Exfoliant. This left my skin feeling and looking amazing and the scent wasn’t overpowering. £92 for exfoliant though, I really love Glossybox.
The third product for me to try was the Nails Inc Nail Polish in the shade Blossom Kisses. This retails for £11 and is a good formula for the price. It wears well and does last however this shade just isn’t for me.
The next product in this months box was the Ritual Cosmetics The Ritual of Sakura Shower Scrub. This was grittier than I thought it would be for some reason but it’s not unpleasant nor harsh on the skin. This retails for £9.90.
The final product for me to try was the Hask Deep Conditioner. This retails for £2.49 and you get a decent amount in the package. For me, I didn’t notice much difference in my hair after using this so I probably won’t purchase this one.
Overall, I am so happy with the April box as it has so much value in it and I love pretty much all of the products in it. I always love finding an Avant product here as they are pretty pricey but oh so good. The same goes for Rituals Cosmetics as well.
