Glossybox UK June Subscription Review

Hi lovelies,

A new month means a new pink box delivery. It’s currently the highlight of the month. As always the subscription was paid on the 1st of the month, with dispatch starting on the 4th. Things have been moving a little slower but it should start speeding up again.

This month’s edit is World of Beauty focusing on brands from across the globe. Aww they even sent out tissue paper redesigned to match the theme. This month, we received 5 full sized products.

The first product in this months box was the Huda Beauty Life-Liner in the shade Very Vanta. This retails for £18 and is a duo liner with both liquid and a pencil. God damn why do her products have to be so good. *Sigh. Both formulas glide on and last for hours but we all know I can’t support Huda.

The next product for me to try was the LA Splash 2 Brush Set. Not a bad little duo. You get a shading brush and an angled liner brush. Both have soft bristles and sit nice in the hand. The shading brush is good for the crease and the liner…well for liner. These retail for £15.

The third product is the ModelCo Liquid Metal Eyeshadow in the shade Champagne. This retails for £15 and is a great colour. Applies easily with the doe foot applicator and dries down pretty quick. It does stay a little tacky though so might want to pop some gold shadow over the top.

The penultimate product to try was The Vintage Cosmetic Company Makeup Removing Cloths. Apparantly, you can remove all makeup with this and some water. Yeah, what a crock. Might make a good something but at £8 for 2 I won’t be rebuying.

The final product in this box was the Natura Potato and Parsley Under Eye Mask from BeautyPro. These retail for £5.95 and you get 3 pairs. Honestly worked wonders on my under eyes, they looked brighter and less puffy with lighter dark circles.

Overall, I am really happy with the June Glossybox. As always the value far outweighs what I paid which is great. I love most of the products (yes, even the Huda) and that’s always a positive. I’ll definitely be restocking some of these (no, not the Huda).

Thanks for reading. I really hope you’ve enjoyed this review and that you will join me for more in the future. Leave a like or let me know in the comments what you thought, maybe even hit that follow button. Don’t forget, if you want to subscribe to GlossyBox UK use my refer a friend code by clicking here. There’s no extra cost but it could save us both pennies.
