Aofmee Bath Bombs 7 Piece Gift Set Review

Hi lovelies,

So these were a christmas present from my mama last year, it’s so late I know but I figured they’d be a great gift for your loved ones this year. There is a decent range of gift sets available from Aofmee to choose from all for a good price.

The Aofmee Bath Bomb Gift Set is available from Amazon* and retails for £14.99. Obviously, I don’t know the delivery details but it is an Amazon Prime item so it’ll be with you pretty quickly if you’ve signed up. You get 7 handcrafted bombs in 7 colours and scents with each weighing around 70g (5cm diameter). They are cruelty free and vegan friendly and made from edible pigments. Perfect for adults and children.

I love the majority of the packaging. The box with the ribbon is uber cute and inside is a little next full of your bath bombs. I also love the paper wrapping and stickers on the individual bombs. The only thing I dislike about the packaging is the plastic wrap around each individual one, surely the paper was enough.

When reading the product description, these bath bambs have some amazing properties. The 7 scents have been chosen for their aromatherapy benefits. The scents are Vanilla, Chamomile, Fresh Mint, Green Tea, Red Rose, Purple Lavender and Natural Ocean. The ingredients chosen also help to repair and nourish the skin leaving you with moisturised, younger looking skin. These fizzing bath bombs shouldn’t stain or taint your tub or skin leaving you with no residue after use.

The first thing I noticed when unwrapping them was the aroma. They smelt so fresh and soothing. When added to the bath and they started fizzing, the fragrance was released more but they weren’t overpowering to the senses but each was distinct. I was surprised to love all of them but Natural Ocean, Chamomile and Lavender in particular. The last two really relaxed me during my soak but the Natural Ocean gave me some energy.

So I’m the first to admit that I’m a bit of a bath bomb snob and I tend to buy from Lush. But one thing I hate is the residue, glitter and bath staining left behind after using them. I’ve stained my bath pink or blue several times with a Lush bomb. No worries of that with the Aofmee ones. Although they colour your bath water, it’s not a bright, rich pigment. They are more pastel and soft pigments and leave no staining to the skin or the tub. There was no residue on the skin either. In fact, my skin felt so moisturised and soft after use that I want these as a lotion.

Overall, I’m so happy with this bath bomb bundle from Aofmee and I will definitely be repurchasing this one. The packaging is so cute and the bath bombs are a good size. I love the fragrances used for all 7 and each add a soft pastel colour to your bath water. I said above that the website states some amazing properties about these and boy they were right. My skin looked and felt amazing afterward and there was no residue. My mind and muscles relaxed immensly.
