Hi lovelies,
It’s that time of the month again……pink box delivery time. Although this month we have a specially designed box to bring in summer.
This box is filled with products to bring out your summer glow. We have 4 full sized products and one mini deluxe or travel sized. There’s a good mix of makeup and skincare so it’s a well rounded box.

The first product to try was the Ciate London Gold Definer Liner. This retails for £18 and is retractable with a sharpener on the end. It’s a nice product that applies smooth and easy although it is quite a subtle shade in the waterline. However this makes such a gorgeous inner corner highlighter that I forgive it subtlety.

The second product in this months box was the Lottie London Power Foil in the shade Golden Hour. The jar is quite heavy for its size and contains a good amount of loose eyeshadow. You barely need to use any to get an amazing colour and shine. It’s so perfect for summer and retails for £6.95.

The next product that I tried was the Rodial Beauty Dragon’s Blood Eye Masks. This one is only available in individual sachets that retail for £6. It took a while for the excess serum to soak into the skin and did leave slight residue. They definitely reduced puffiness on my undereye and made them softer but I’m not awed by them.

The penultimate product to try was the Kueshi Naturals Lemon Shower Gel. This one is gorgeous. I love lemon scented body wash and this smells so refreshing and natural. The lemon isn’t overpowering but it leaves a faint scent on the skin. My skin felt soft after use and squeaky clean. This retails for £5.70

The final item in the May box was the MineTan Rapid Recovery After Sun Gel. This retails for £13.35 (full size is £28.60). It’s a little hard to properly test this one as we’ve not had much sun here. Not even close to a tan however the product absorbs into the skin quickly and leaves it soft and hydrated. That’s really all I can say on it.

Overall, I’m reasonably happy with this month’s Glossybox despite my initial lacklustre feeling. The product selection is perfect for the summer and has variety. I’ve ended up loving a couple of products particularly that Lottie London Foil.
Thanks for reading. I really hope you’ve enjoyed this review and that you will join me for more in the future. Leave a like or let me know in the comments what you thought, maybe even join our mail list. Don’t forget, if you want to subscribe to GlossyBox UK use my refer a friend code by clicking here. There’s no extra cost but it could save us both pennies.
