Hi lovelies,
I’ve got another boujee skincare item for you courtesy of the Boots Beauty Showstopper box. Hardly surprising because y’all know I can’t afford to buy items like this.
The IT Cosmetics Confidence in your Beauty Sleep Night Cream is available from the company website (here) as well as Boots (here) and Look Fantastic (here). This night cream is available in 3 different sizes; 14ml retailing for £15, 60ml for £47 and 120ml for £65.

Naturally I received a sample tub that isn’t available to purchase but the packaging looks to be pretty much the same. The only difference is that the larger pots come in an outer box whereas mine came without. All product information including the ingredients can be found on both the box and jar.

According to the product description, this is a skin transforming pillow cream to help you wake with more beautiful, younger looking skin. This moisturiser has a hydrating, non-comedogenic formula that works overnight to improve skin surface cell renewal. It contains hyaluronic acid, adenosine and ceramides to help repair and protect the skins natural barrier as well as locking in previously used skincare. It also works to visibly improve signs of aging including fine lines and wrinkles and leaves the sin soft and supple.

This is an odd one. The consistency is a cross between a gel and a cream but it’s easy to pick up from the jar. You don’t need much as a little goes a long way. A few spots around the face is all you need for an even application. It absorbs into the skin within a few minutes and doesn’t leave any residue behind. It does have a strong scent of lavender though which may not be best for those with sensitive skin. It left my skin feeling soft and looking brighter after use though I’ve not noticed any other changes.

Overall, I’m not sure about this night cream from IT cosmetics. It’s hard to tell what’s occurring under the surface of the skin but there doesn’t look to be much. My skin looks brighter and feels softer after use which you can say for many moisturisers. For the price I would expect more with consistent use.
