Hi lovelies,
Sorry for the lack of posts recently but needed to take a break from everything. Big news, we’ve hit 100 subscribers on RachNevsBeauty and I will be hosting a giveaway over on Instagram starting tomorrow (sneak peek at the end). Links are all over the website so be sure to check it out as you guys are the ones I’m celebrating. A new month is upon us meaning we have a new Glossybox delivery.
As always, the direct debit was taken on the first with dispatch emails going out on the 4th. I received my box on the 7th so no complaints there. This month’s box was themed Summer Soirée containing everything you may need for your special occasions. All 5 products were full sized making this box worth every penny.

The first product for me to try was the Hask macadamia oil moisturizing deep conditioner. Retailing at £2.49, this one did leave my hair looking, feeling and smelling gorgeous. You receive one of three types, mine was for dry and damaged hair and it has made a difference.

The next product was the Avant pro perfecting collagen touche éclat primer. This one retails for £85 making this box pretty expensive. I’m loving this primer. It has no scent, left my skin feeling so soft and smoothed out my pores. My foundation looked amazing sitting on top of this one and you don’t need to use much either.

The third product for me to try was the Sleek Makeup face form contouring palette. You will receive 1 of 2 shades (fair and light)-I got the fair. It contains a matte powder contour with a blush and highighter as well. I really love this one as it’s easy to blend and a great combination of products. For £9.99 it’s a real bargain for 3 good products.

The penultimate product was the Meech and Mia eye-shadow chubby stix. I’m not sure if I like this product as I find it a little difficult to get it on my lids. It’s a very faint pigment but does have some shine. It did settle into my eye creases which didn’t suprise me at all. This one retails for £12.99.

The final product in this months box was the ModelCo lip créme matte in the shade peachy nude. It’s not my shade but the formula is pretty good. It lasted a while including through lunch and didn’t dry my lips out too much. It was easy to apply due to the wand and dried down pretty quick. For £15, it’s not a bad purchase.

Overall, I am very impressed with this months Glossybox. The Avant primer alone makes this one great value for money. Every product is full sized which also adds to the value of this box. There was only one product that I didn’t get on with and I can handle that.
Thanks for reading. I really hope you’ve enjoyed this review and that you will join me for more in the future. Leave a like or let me know in the comments what you thought, maybe even hit that follow button. Don’t forget, if you want to subscribe to GlossyBox UK use my refer a friend code by clicking here. There’s no extra cost but it could save us both pennies. Also head over to Instagram for my upcoming giveaway starting tomorrow (Monday 10th).
