So I know in my review on the Cloud 9 highlighter I said I probably wouldn’t buy Space Baby…well I did. BeautyBay’s Black Friday offers were just too good to handle. I literally bought so much makeup that I still haven’t started my BF haul reviews before now.
Once again, I saved plenty of money as this was £17.49 and it came with a free baked blush bronzer (review to come on that). For the first time ever, my order took a good few weeks to arrive but considering the size of the sale and how much people spent its hardly surprising (one order I saw was £300😱).
However, it did arrive safely and I did keep receiving emails from them throughout the long wait for dispatch. As annoying as it was, it is understandable due to the sales.
Space baby has the exact same packaging as Cloud 9 so I won’t bore you with this again. If you want to read a review of that see the original post here. But once again the packaging is sturdy and secure, protecting your highlighter from damage.
Space Baby has a beautiful blue/purple hue to it depending how much you wear. This is equally as difficult to capture on camera as the other one. It leaves you with no colour tint to the skin so you can only see it in the light. As with Cloud 9, this is a blinding highlight which you’d expect in a Nikki Tutorials and Ofra collaboration.
The formula of this highlighter is beautifully soft and silky to touch and it sits on the skin well. While being an intense highlight, it is not glittery in any way. There is no sparkle from this one, just pure glow. It applies smoothly with a dry brush and a little goes a long way. I love using this everywhere I can.
Overall, I am just as happy with Space Baby as I was with Cloud 9. The packaging is robust and has a mirror for travel. The formula is silky smooth and applies easily leaving your with a gorgeous glow.
