Glossybox UK February Subscription Review

Hi lovelies,

Are you getting bored of a dedicated week to the Glossybox reviews or do you want a return of the Wednesday special? Let me know in the comments.

As always with Glossybox, the subscription was paid on the first of the month. With the 12 month subscribtion, my box costs £8.50 plus £3 postage. Usual retail price is £10 plus postage. My dispatch email came on the 6th with delivery on the 8th.

This month, of course, was a valentines edit of love crosses borders. With this, is a range of brands from across the globe. As always, we have 5 products; 4 full size and a deluxe mini. There is also an exclusive Glossier perfume sample.

The first product for me to try was the Starskin Dreamkiss Plumping and Hydrating Lip Mask. The only deluxe mini in the box, I absolutely love this lip mask. My lips felt so amazing after use without any greasiness. Full size this retails for £8.50.

The next product in this months box was the Saint Luxe Lip Liner Duo. This set retails for £23. I actually prefer the formula of the pink shade as I find the red too hard a pencil and struggled to use it on my lips. They did last a good while though.

The third product for me to try was the Floss Beauty My New Favorite Lip Gloss. First, this smells absolutely amazing. It applies smoothly to the lips and isn’t too transparent. It is a little bit sticky although for a gloss it’s not too bad. This retails for £12.30.

The fourth product in this months box was the Figs and Rouge Wonder Love Charm Glow Elixir. This one retails for £35 which is a little pricey for a liquid highlighter. It has a gorgeous glow and sits well on your makeup base without disturbing it too much.

The penultimate product for me to try was the Glossybox Lip Brush. This is got a good weight to it and has soft but firm bristles. It performs well especially for lining the lips. This retails for £5.10.

The final extra in the February Glossybox was a Glossier You eau de parfum sample. Full sized, this retails for £45. I love a good musky, earthy perfume which is exactly what this is. Iris root with a hint of pink pepper, I may have to go get this one.

Overall, I am pretty happy with the February Glossybox. I’ve discovered a new perfume, added a high quality brush to my collection and found a good lip mask for the winter. The other products are great but they don’t excite me as much as the ones mentioned.

Thanks for reading. I really hope you’ve enjoyed this review and that you will join me for more in the future. Leave a like or let me know in the comments what you thought, maybe even hit that follow button. Don’t forget, if you want to subscribe to GlossyBox UK use my refer a friend code by clicking here. There’s no extra cost but it could save us both pennies.
