Hi lovelies
As you all know, I have massive under-eye bags. I should probably call them suitcases they’re so big. Anyhoo, you know I am always looking for products that can help with this. I found them in TK MAXX believe it or not. Not a bad find since they cost me £5.99.

The Christian Breton Eye Masks come in 4 different types; anti-wrinkle, lifting & firming dark circle & puffiness and detox & brightening. Naturally I couldn’t find the dark circles one in TK Maxx. All three are available from the Christian Breton website (see here) for €27 (£24). I’m not sure where else you can purchase these.
The patches come in an outer box with each set of patches in a sachet. The outer box and the sachets contain instructions for use and timings. As the patches are dry, they are attached to thin strips of plastic. For me, the packaging could be better but could also be a lot worse.

According to the website, these masks should brighten the under eye as well as help to reduce the appearance of dark circles, puffiness, wrinkles and fine lines. One of the key ingredients is charcoal which helps detox the skin.

The instructions show that you place the narrow part towards the inner corner of your eye. Peel off the plastic backing and place, gel side down, under the eye. Leave on for 20min and remove.

I really liked these under eye masks. They had an instant cooling effect on the undereye which I found pleasant. As they are a dry mask, there was no residue upon removing although the skin felt slightly greasy at first. This went away within a few minutes. They did brighten my undereye as well as reduce the puffiness which I was surprised it.

These didn’t irritate my eyes or the skin around them at any point during use. I didn’t have any break-outs (which can happen under the eyes for me) but felt they did hydrate my skin.

Overall, I am happy with my purchase. I didn’t have any issues using these masks; they were easy to apply and remove. I did notice a difference after use such as brightening and less puffy. I can’t complain.
Thanks for reading. I really hope that you have enjoyed this review and that you will join me for more in the future.
