So I recently ran out of my favourite Nyx concealer and needed to replace it. Instead I ended up purchasing from a different range due to the shades available in the store.
The Can’t Stop Won’t Stop concealer came out last year with a full range of products. You can pick this up from the company website (see here) as well as most drugstores such as Boots (see here) and Superdrug (see here) in the UK. This retails for £8. You can get this in 24 shades.
The packaging is the standard for concealers and has a doe foot applicator. The doe foot is slightly slimmer than usual and distributes a lot of product in one go. You get 0.11 fl.oz (3.5ml) of product within the container.
I picked up mine in the shade Vanilla, meaning to get this as a brightener. Yea that didn’t quite work with the oxidisation. However, it didn’t go darker than my natural skin tone so works well to cover my blemishes.
The concealer applies smoothly but it is quite thick so you don’t need much. It applies well using either the applicator or a concealer brush but it looks amazing blended out with a beauty sponge. It does dry pretty quickly so apply and blend in sections to keep that blend smooth.
Seriously, I love how this makes my skin look. So much so that I really need to get the Can’t Stop Won’t Stop Foundation. It can look a little cakey when trying to bake with certain powders but it’s great with a light dusting of most powders.
Overall, I love the Can’t Stop Won’t Stop Contour Concealer from Nyx Cosmetics. The packaging is nice and simple and it doesn’t cost a fortune. It applies easily and blends out smoothly although it does dry quickly. It does look cakey when trying to bake but leaves you with a flawless base with a light dusting.
