Christian Breton Hyper Moisturizing Face Mask Review

Hi lovelies,

I’m investing more time and money in skin care. Can you tell?

Once again I was looking in my local TK Maxx and found some more masks from Christian Breton. Full face ones this time. You can also pick this up from the company website (see here) for 45 and from Amazon (see here) for £17. Not going to lie, 45 for 3 masks is a little ridiculous. I think I got mine for £10 at TK Maxx.

According to the website description, this mask is supposed to intensely moisturise, reinforce the skin and firm the skin. As with the other two, there is a number of ingredients included to help improve the skin in many areas. These include improving imperfections, regeneration of tissue, elasticity and tightening of pores.

The outer box contains all product information and the ingredients list. The masks come in watertight sachets that are easily opened. The mask can be a little tricky to unfold due to the amount of liquid in the sachet.

When it’s first put on, this mask did make my skin tingle slightly. I’m not sure why but it wasn’t not unpleasant and went away after 30 seconds. The mask is pretty big meaning it will fit most face shapes. The eye, nose and mouth holes are also large enough to accomodate everyone. The liquid did sting my eyes at first but I got used to that quickly.

Before use

Unfortunately there was a lot of serum left on the skin after removal and you will need to wipe it off with a dry cloth. I didn’t and it left my skin so greasy as it didn’t fully absorb. When wiping off the excess my skin felt soft and silky after the initial tackiness. It also looked so much brighter because of the hydration.

10 mins after use

Overall, I am reasonably happy with my purchase. I’m glad I didn’t pay the full price cause I don’t think they’re that good. There’s a lot of excess serum in the sachet but also left on the skin after removal. Leaving on the excess resulted in greasy skin. However, this did leave my skin looking and feeling amazing when wiping that excess off.

Thanks for reading. I really hope you enjoyed this review and that you will join me for more in the future. Have these masks…send us your thoughts and product images for an Instagram feature. Don’t forget to hit that like button or add a comment. Maybe even that follow button if you loved it.
