Glossybox UK November Subscription Review

Hi lovelies,

It’s another pink box post for you. I suppose it’s no surprise to you regular readers so y’all can skip this next paragraph.

I signed up for a 12 month subscription with Glossybox but there are options for 1, 3 and 6 months as well. For 3 and 6 months you pay once upfront but this will save you money when compared to a one month rolling contract. I pay monthly for my 12 months but you can also pay upfront with this one too. Your boxes are a little cheaper when you sign up for a longer subscription.

Anyhoo, now that’s over with; this month we have the Makeup and Magic edition for November. It features 4 full sized products and 1 deluxe mini to brighten your glow and get you celebration ready.

The first product in this month’s box was the LA Splash Cosmetics Magic Palette. This retails for £29 and is an 8 pan, neutral palette. The matte shades are full of pigment yet easy to blend and work together perfectly. The shimmers are super soft, very pigmented with a bright shine. No complaints from me…unusual for neutral.

The second product for me to try was the Spectrum Collections Zodiac B07 blending brush. This is limited edition colouring but you can get this in a range of the brush collections at Spectrum. This is a great brush for defining and blending the crease. It’s quite compact so great for applying and blending darker shades into the crease. This retails for £7.99.

The third product that I tried was the Que Bella Beauty Recharge and Restore Moonstone Glitter Gel Mask. It retails for £2.49 and smells so gorgeous. The duochrome glitter looked really pretty as well. This mask left my skin looking more hydrating with a natural glow and feeling so soft after use. The glitter wasn’t harsh on my skin and it rinsed off easily.

The penultimate product in this months box was the Hask Argan Oil Repairing Deep Conditioner. This one just didn’t work for me which is a shame as I love some of their products. However, some just do not work for a particular hair type and this was the case here. Sorry. This retails for £2.

The final product for me to try was the Generation Clay Ultra-Violet Brightening Purple Clay Mask. This is the deluxe mini in the box and retails for £19.50 (full size £28.50). This one is pretty damn amazing and will definitely become a regular in my routine. It left my skin feeling so soft and looking so much brighter and clearer than before.

Overall I am really happy with the November Glossybox. I love all but one product which is hair type dependent so I have no complaints. Besides having tried other Hask products I know they are amazing when you get the right one for your hair. The stand out product for me is the Generation Clay face mask which is just amazing but the LA Splash palette is also a good one.

Thanks for reading. I really hope you’ve enjoyed this review and that you will join me for more in the future.
