Glossybox UK November Subscription Review

Hi lovelies,

This months Glossybox is here. At least it was delivered quicker than last month. I received an email apologizing for the delay and that an extra item would be included in my box. As always the direct debit was paid on the 1st of the month with dispatch starting on the 4th. Mine was shipped on the 14th and was with me on the 17th.

The Beauty Desires box is all about embracing timeless, elegant beauty and full of products to achieve it. Featuring 4 full sized products and 1 deluxe mini this box will give your November a sophisticated touch.

The first product in this months box was the Human + Kind Elderflower Hand Scrub. This retails for £12.85. Not too sure about this one. The exfoliant felt a bit harsh on my hands however they felt great and pretty moisturized. It smelt a lot better than I expected too.

The next item that I tried was the E.L.F Cosmetics Berry Bad Bitesize eyeshadow palette. This retails for £4 and is a 4 pan palette containing 2 mattes and 2 shimmer shades. They’re not the most pigmented shadows but they are buildable and really easy to blend.

The third item was the Karina Beauty Blender Sponge. It’s a little small for my liking but that’s just preference. It blends out your base smoothly and seamlessly. Not really anything else to say. This retails for £8.50.

The fourth product for me to try was the Vita Liberata Blur Luminosity Gold Cream Highlighter. This retails for £25 and you get 30ml of product. This is a face and body highlighter that adds a gorgeous glow to your skin. A little goes a long way and it blends of top of base makeup without disturbing it.

The penultimate product was the Commodity Fragrances Skin Scent in Paper. This one is from the Personal Collection which has a subtler scent than Paper from the Expressive Collection. It is a gorgeous woody, musky scent that is fairly subtle but changes over time. The sample retails for £13 with the full size retailing for £78.

The final product in this months box was the apology freebie; the Morning Boost Mask from Mudmasky. The full size item retails for £42 and you only need it on for a minute or two. It certainly made my face feel softer and looked brighter and more refreshed after use. Fairly sure it helped reduce the inflammation of a few spots too.

Overall, I’m pretty happy with the November Glossybox. There’s a couple of really nice products in this one from brands I’ve never tried before. To be honest I found all the products to be pretty good although I’m not sure I’ll be able to use the hand scrub that regularly.

Thanks for reading. I really hope you’ve enjoyed this review and that you will join me for more in the future.
